The hotel boasts a lovely location overlooking the marina, with great views and easy access to town. The rooms are comfortable and well-decorated, making for a pleasant stay. The dining experience was fresh and enjoyable, though I wish they had more options outside breakfast. The service was helpful and friendly, though there were a few minor hiccups.

My room was comfortable and well decorated, providing a lovely view over the water. It had a large cupboard for clothes storage, a safe, and tea and coffee facilities, which were very useful.

The staff were friendly and efficient. They assisted me with information about local transportation and restaurants. However, I did find it a bit odd having to pay my bill upfront.

The location was excellent, with beautiful views of the boats in the marina and just a pleasant 20-minute walk to town. It felt nicely distanced from the hustle and bustle, yet was conveniently close enough.
Dining

Dining was quite lovely, especially breakfast, which was fresh each day with delicious options including lovely fresh bread. However, the options outside of breakfast were limited.

The hotel had a nice park walk to town and offered bicycles for rent, which made it fun to explore the area. The amenities were generally good, even if the pool area could use a little more attention.

This hotel has a great location, just a 30-minute walk from the center of La Rochelle, which I really appreciated. The rooms are comfortable and modern, offering a beautiful view of the estuary. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, though the dining options left a bit to be desired. Overall, it's a solid choice for the price, but the breakfast could use more variety.

The hotel boasts a great location with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms with seaviews were absolutely worth it for the beautiful balconies. The staff showed exceptional friendliness and professionalism, although I did notice a somewhat negative incident with an employee being shouted at in front of guests, which was a bit uncomfortable. While the dining options were decent, a bit more variety would have enhanced the experience.

Rooms

I stayed in a room with a seaview, and the beautiful views from the balcony made it a worthwhile investment. The room was clean and spacious.
Service

The staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. However, I did witness an employee being shouted at by another staff member, which detracted from the otherwise excellent service.
Location

The location was lovely, with amazing views and a quiet setting. It was nice to relax and watch the boats go by.
Dining

The breakfast was standard French continental and didn’t vary during my stay, but it was still a good and comprehensive offering.

The hotel had nice amenities and a pleasant pool area, but nothing stood out as exceptional.

The hotel has a great location, being a short walk away from the main area of La Rochelle and easily accessible for a fun day trip to Ile de Re. The rooms have a modern feel with a lovely walk-in shower, but it got quite hot in there, making it tricky to sleep at times. The service was polite and helpful, although some staff seemed indifferent at times. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, especially with the enjoyable sun terrace views, but the room temperature could use some improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were modern and contemporary, featuring a wonderful walk-in rainfall shower, but unfortunately, they felt like a sauna at times, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
Service
7.0
The staff were polite and open to help, but I did sense some indifference from a few, especially given the hot conditions during my stay.
Location

The breakfast was plentiful and a great way to start the day, but the options for lunch and dinner near the hotel were somewhat limited.

The sun terrace was excellent, offering fantastic views to enjoy, but I wish there were more amenities to help with the heat in the room.

The hotel has a fantastic location with stunning views of the harbor and is conveniently situated far enough from the town's hustle and bustle while still being within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, although they are in need of some renovations. Service was a bit of a mixed bag; while some staff were friendly and helpful, there were instances of poor customer service. Overall, it felt like good value for money, but improvements in service and room updates would enhance the experience.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are spacious and clean, offering nice decor and amazing views over the harbor, but they are worn out and badly in need of renovation.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, although I did experience some frustration when I was only allowed to buy two croissants at breakfast, which felt a bit odd.
Location
9.0
The location is wonderful, with beautiful sea and marina views from the room. It's just a nice 20-minute seaside walk into town, which I really enjoyed.
Dining

Dining options were decent with a good and comprehensive breakfast that offered everything from juices to cold meats, and I appreciated that it lasted until 11 am.
Facilities

The hotel provided good amenities including bicycles for rent which made cycling around town a lot of fun.
